François FALCO,
President and C.E.O
As President and CEO, François is responsible for overseeing the
strategic, operational and financial activities of the company. He
has been responsible for management and product development since
the core of the current business was formed in the early 70’s.
François has held several management positions and responsibilities,
including the creation and development of a Laboratory
Information System. His experience also includes design and
development management of the first SYSLAB generation of LIMS
computers which were the precursors of the present Technidata
product line.
François joined ISEC in 1980 as manager of the LIS business. Under
his leadership the division grew into the international business
it is today with over 700 LIS systems in operation. In 1987 he was
responsible for proposing a major analyzer workstation strategy
for all Technicon instrumentation and for its subsequent design,
development and implementation. Before the creation of TECHNIDATA he
was General Manager of ISEC and Business Director for the
Worldwide Laboratory Organization Business.
François qualified as engineer at the Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique, d'Electronique
et d'Automatismes of Paris University, and holds of a
university degree from the Paris University of Science (D.E.S.).
