NOVESCIA chooses
TD-Harmony®,
TECHNIDATA's middleware solution, for its regional clinical biology
facilities

The network of private
laboratories of NOVESCIA, a new player in the clinical biology field, has
chosen TD-Harmony from TECHNIDATA to drive the analytical processes of its
regional clinical biology facilities, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
NOVESCIA, whose network already included more than 70 laboratories, has just
completed the purchase of 25 additional laboratories from Générale de Santé.
TD-Harmony, the new generation of middleware from TECHNIDATA, is a
multi-site, multi-laboratory, and multi-disciplinary tool which
includes a proven paperless microbiology module. TD-Harmony is an open
product that can be interfaced with the majority of LIS and with more than
475 IVD analyzers. In addition, it includes a very powerful real-time rule-based
engine, specimen management facilities (routing
and storage), as well as document and non-conformity management tools.
Installation of the first laboratory, which will begin in Nice in March
2010, signals the start of a strong partnership between the two
companies. Deployment of the first NOVESCIA clinical facility with TD-Harmony
is an important step in the development plans of the
NOVESCIA Group.
