As President and CEO, François is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational and financial activities of the company. He has been responsible for management and product development since the core of the current business was formed in the early 70’s.
François has held several management positions and responsibilities, including the creation and development of a Laboratory Information System. His experience also includes design and development management of the first SYSLAB generation of LIMS computers which were the precursors of the present TECHNIDATA product line.
François joined ISEC in 1980 as manager of the LIS business. Under his leadership, the division grew into the international business it is today with over 700 LIS systems in operation. In 1987, he was responsible for proposing a major analyzer workstation strategy for all Technicon instrumentation and for its subsequent design, development and implementation. Before the creation of TECHNIDATA, he was General Manager of ISEC and Business Director for the Worldwide Laboratory Organization Business.
François qualified as an engineer at the Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique, d'Electronique et d'Automatismes of Paris University, and holds of a university degree from the Paris University of Science (D.E.S.).
Alain has held a number of management positions in software development. Prior to joining TECHNIDATA, he worked for Télémécanique and SEMS as a project leader in charge of software developments on the SYSLAB laboratory information system. He joined Technicon in 1980 as Development Manager and played a major role in the development of the LIMS product line.
Alain has been a key contributor to the design and development of the company's Quality Assurance system which led to the ISO 9001 and EN 46001 certifications. Within ISEC, he was R&D Director responsible for the design and development of the current TDLims architecture and workstation products.
He has presented several papers at major international computing/laboratory automation conferences and has represented the Company in EEC funded projects such as MULTIMED (RACE Program) and OPENLAB (AIM Program). Alain holds a Maîtrise Informatique de "Systèmes et Technologie des Calculateurs" from the University of Grenoble.

Jacques is responsible for developing the TECHNIDATA distribution network and OEM partnerships on a worldwide basis. He is also in charge of the TECHNIDATA subsidiaries in Benelux, Germany, and the UK.
Jacques brings to TECHNIDATA over 25 years of experience in the global business arena, specifically in the field of clinical laboratories, with particular expertise in Laboratory Automation, Data Management, Workflow, Processes and Information Systems.
He has held a number of positions linked to product management, business development and management with IVD and LIS companies in the Americas, Asia-Pacific (Japan) and Europe. Prior to TECHNIDATA, he was Vice President Commercial Operations Information Technology for bioMerieux. Jacques also created and managed the TECHNIDATA USA subsidiary from 2005 to 2010.
Jacques is a graduate from the University of Montpellier (France) with degrees in Electronics, and Business Administration & Sales Management.

Thierry JEUDY joined TECHNIDATA in 2003, bringing with him over 30 years’ experience in the industry of In Vitro Diagnostics instruments (IVD) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
Thierry is Senior VP in charge of TECHNIDATA subsidiaries. He is also the General Manager of TECHNIDATA France, responsible for developing the company's presence in the French market, growing the market share, and providing local support to customers.
During the preceding 10 years, Thierry was the Senior VP Marketing and Services at TECHNIDATA, in charge of developing the company's product lines and managing the Services department at a Group level.
Prior to joining TECHNIDATA, Thierry held several management positions at BAYER HEALTHCARE FRANCE where he served as Business Director for Laboratory Information Systems and Laboratory Automation product lines. He also held the position of Sales Director, France, in which he was responsible for a global range of devices for LIS solutions, including instruments for blood gas, biochemistry, hematology, histology and cytology analyses.
Under his leadership, BAYER HEALTHCARE FRANCE launched its Laboratory Automation product line on the French market. At the same time, Thierry was responsible for driving the marketing definition of the Instrument Concentrator for Laboratory Automation in the USA. He was a member of the management committee of BAYER HEALTHCARE FRANCE for 10 years.
Thierry's previous experience includes several sales and marketing positions at TECHNICON, a leading specialist in the industry of Laboratory Information Systems, before TECHNICON was taken over by BAYER HEALTHCARE.
Régis GUEGAN is responsible for the Finance, Legal Affairs and Human Resources functions of the TECHNIDATA Group.
Prior to joining TECHNIDATA, Régis was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Committee in a French IT Services group, a position he held for 5 years. Before this, he worked for 8 years in the banking sector where he was first a Business Account Manager and then a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager.
Régis holds a degree in Finance & Strategic Management from the École Supérieure de Gestion (Paris), a Graduate School of Management.
